Beginning Obstacle/Handler Focus
This class will teach how to go from handler focus to obstacle focus. We work on sending skills and handler-focused skills separately and then build from these foundations to teaching the dog to transition between obstacle and handler focus. The skills build from class to class so attending all classes is important.
Advanced Obstacle/Handler Focus
We will be using various courses to help students understand when to go from handler to obstacle focus. Using short sequences, you will improve your ability to send your dog as well as handle tight turns and control the dog's path when necessary. This course will be using full height equipment so dogs should be competing at the Open level of competition.

Contacts 101
This class will take you from the ground up on the 2-on/2-off contact performance, shaping through proofing. This class is all about the end performance, not doing full-height equipment. There will be a test given at the end of the class.
Contacts and Start Lines
This class will focus on refining your start line and contact performance. Though some foundation work will be reviewed, a majority of the exercises will be designed to proof the start line stay and contact performance your dog has learned. We will use games and distractions to simulate the stress and excitement of a trial. You will run short and simple sequences using all the contacts. Contacts may be set low based on the needs of the dogs in the class.
Nuttin But Jumps
This class will help your dog learn/improve various jumping skills using jump grids. In addition, handlers will be perfecting front crosses, rear crosses, threadles, serpentines and blind crosses. This class will be broken out into jump heights, only 6 mini (16" and under) and 6 open (taller than 16") dogs will be accepted.
Class beginning January 2nd is a beginner level jumping class; the class beginning February 20th is an advanced jumping class; and class beginning April 9th is toward advanced, competition jumping.
